...6 years in the organization. they just keep on increasing your responsibilities. you pretty much remain on the same salary bracket on which you have joined. too much office politics.

It's CSR initiative and stepping up for creating employability through skill development. Working on poor household where they can to survival opportunity in industry.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too much, compensation is decent and growth is very slow.

Working environment is good at Delhi centers. The only thing that is very concerning is the Appraisals. Policies are very good.

Dislikes

There are very less appraisals and they do not provide any bonus even during the Diwali festival.

The Tata benefits ( to some extent) Office in a heritage building

1. The leadership team has no vision 2. A lot of favouritism in the organisation, which is used extensively to take promotion and hike in salary 3. No job security, if there are no projects available, they look for reasons to sack people 4. No permanent place to sit 5. Sometimes they target people and engage in fault finding 6. Upon joining, you get used laptops which do not work. 7. When as an employee you require any software or hardware, you yourself have to follow up with various stakeholders. No help will be provided by your reporting manager. 8. Lastly and most importantly, the salary too low as per the market standards.
