BUT GROUND LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION IS ON ZERO. YOU WILL BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF PEOPLE / OLDIES WITH THEIR GROUP WITH TALK ABOUT YOU. MOST TWO FACED PEOPLE. Very poor compensation. No band followed across designation. Many management trainees get 25-30Lac for zero experience but trained employees ith 10+ years of experience don't even get half of this.

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptsletest technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable. High-qualityproducts and has a global client base. As a result.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
