There is no foul language used anywhere in the company. Very well mannered employees.

Dislikes

No proper structure to work. Everyday you have to roam your city like an autorickshaw driver and go to mobile phone shops, electronic shops and ask them to be your partner in selling DTH services. Basically you have to go and beg them and they don't even entertain. We even have to go to Hotels and Hospitals and beg for business. It's because DTH business is very weak in tier 1-2 cities. Still the targets given are insane & we are termed as unfit if targets are not met. Team meetings are a joke where they make animated ppts using stories of gym people and indian army on how resilient they and how we should be like them 24x7 roaming on the road😂. Which is totally baseless😂. Tata Play company is a joke. Please dont enroll here otherwise you will be stereotyped in this industry and your growth will be halted. FMCG sales would be a better option than this. If you still don't believe please get a job as ASM here you will understand😂. I want to make sure young talents aren't wasted here....Read More
