...yday. No one is kind and the competition ensures you cannot trust any colleague. The compensation only makes up bearly for taking such an enormous toll on your health

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

Culture, management is more focused towards numbers and for that they don't care about own peoples health, work life balance. In my tenured I have seen many a times unprofessional behaviour by senior in teams call.

...ERE IS NO FIXED TIMING TO END YOUR SHIFT BUT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO REPORT ON TIME. THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO MEET CUSTOMERS AND MAKE FIELD TRIPS BUT WILL NOT PAY YOU DESPITE OF AGREEGING TO PAY AS PER BANK'S POLICY. MANAGERS ARE ABUSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A SLAVE AND IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CULTURE AND REPORT THE SAME TO HR, HR WILL NOT HELP OR RATHER SIDE WITH THE MGMT. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
