Company wants to deliver a lot of facilities according to policies but many privileges are denied by project mangers and above.

Dislikes

We work at site in remote areas. Our allowances are very less. Being in office and being on site has no difference in salary but too much difference in work conditions, pressure, targets and exploitation by management.

Variable pay is 50% of your basic salary which is very higher

Here no special treatment given to the fresher or the new joiners. There is not learning stage one can get. But I think that depends upon reporting officers.

Worst company to work now. All cost cutting. Worst housing policy almost 50 percentage deduction in salary if Company owned accommodation used. No salary revision. Salary only shows high with pequsite. In hand is very less. Treasts employee like labours.

...ugh the policy states 3 years. The Tata culture is no more seen in this company. They are undoing all the benefits in the name of cost cutting and benchmarking whereas there is no salary revision.
