... are so well that once you start working here it becomes difficult to switch. I am not at all exaggerating about the organization, the policies, salary, benefits apart from salary, org culture according to women, everything is too good. That is why I said inn the starting that working in this organization increased my standard.

Dislikes

I don't think that in my starting career I faced anything that becomes a dislike for me towards the organization. One must be smart enough to understand culture, people of the organization that there is no such problems created. You must be kind and gentle with everyone in the organization irrespective of your position in the organization.

1. Increment is very low in percentage 2. Almost no scope to off roll to on roll 3. No work life balance (Around 12 - 14 hours duty including transportation time) 4. No leave policy for 3rd Party (Leave can take by accumulate weekly off) 5. Safety culture totally wave off when project in pick

Dislikes

Tata is only brand name and spent too many money for positive brand name. Main aim is to sucks the money from the people. Tata code of conduct is only on paper but ground reality is different.

About Tata Power the Management was very Supportive everyone was working in team,work culture was good I enjoyed working with Tata power.

Dislikes

Their is nothing scene dislike about Tata power company but the only thing is it was on third party pay roll and according to the work the salary was not proper.
