The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team of this company. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high.

It’s completely a mismanaged company from top level hierarchy. Salary wise major part is only grasped by top level (two to three persons). That’s why employees churn rate is very high.Department wise working structure is a mess. Basically it’s a worst organisation named with Tata brand.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very very slow. The work pressure is very high, In to office time is fixed, but an employee gets marked late even if he / she is late by 10-15 minutes but no consideration for working 12-14 hours or even for working overnight & holidays, no flexi hours, no compo offs, consideration. Department wise, shif staff wise partiality, Senior Management doesn't listen. No Growth - motivation - appreciation for loyalty, long term employees.

The people. Honest feedback is acknowledged by senior management and acted upon. Everyone's birthdays are celebrated with a lot of joy and cheer. The new office at BKC is very good.

Dislikes

It's a good place. Maybe the Compensation as compared to the industry is slightly lower. But even this is changing. They seem to be serious now about attracting and nurturing talent.

Its a hard core field sales. Finance people if you ar in die hard need of job and no food to eat then only join. Otherwise stay unemployed. Only brand tata nothing tempting more than that. No matter which channel you're.
