No work life balance. Its pure work-work balance. And 20% variable salary is dependent on segmnet performance. Even if you perform great but segment misses their target than you will miss your 20% variable which is a huge component.

There is nothing to like about. Toxic work culture, high on office politics. From the 1st month onward i realized that this place is not for someone who is looking for work life balance and who wants to grow in his professional career. Mgt should should be more considerate about their employees.

...work or which could be finished on next working day. Below par salary standards. Also their variable pay policy is deceiving, you will get variable pay only if your business segments make profit else that will lapse.

TIL is good in terms of it has global subsidiaries across the globe in 60+ countries. We got to interact with global counterparts.

Pretty high work pressure almost all the time. Compensation is decent but growth is slow.
