- The only good thing about working here is that you don't have to tell everyone that you are working in an IT company, but an engineering company (all lies). - Job security is there if you are willing to miss out on good career progression. - After just 2 years of service they make you senior engineer, even though you don't know anything and at 5 years you become a 'specialist' this title means nothing as the specialist I have seen are not even intermediate in their field.

..." which means we will put you in project and hope that you learn own your own. - The salary is absurd. Even after hitting record high on the stock market the employees get nothing, the good performers of the company get around 7% hike which is less than inflation rate, while the CEO gets 300% hike. - The salary stops growing after 6LPA. You will be lucky to get the same salary as your YoE. Eg: 7 year guy will get 7LPA. - You have to be lucky to get a really good project, most projects here are just documentation and testing and that too the management expects you to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays without giving a simple rupee. - The work hours for employees working in India are 9 to 6, but most people are forced by their managers to work from 8am to 11pm so that they can meet with teams from Japan, Europe, USA, SA etc.

...selves In 10 members team, only 1 will be with 5years rest are full of Freshers. Experienced peoples, Pathetic to join Tata elxsi even if you got good package. too much pressure

You will be having a great Environment and will give oppertunity to learn here. other than theat they provide you great freedom in working hours also at the same time here having acire automotive and embedded opertunutues.

...lture. due to the fact so many people are leaving Elxsi over the past few years. at the same time Salary problem will also be there while comparing the annual salary provided by Elxsi to other automotive industries.

Likes

Work culture is very good and flexible. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow your career. Performance rating and subsequent hikes are quite fair. Amazed with how supportive colleagues and superiors are.

Dislikes

Lack of overtime pay. Maintaining work life balance has been tough especially with the pandemic and no fixed work hours.

Likes

Good training department, awesome trainers in both technical and soft skills area. Childcare is paid by company for women employees. Some projects are really good and challenging. No career path for technical architects.Everyone end up being a manager there.Defenitely not a long term company to stay on.

...arned leaves. On top of that encashment of earn leave is a very nominal amount . No share or bonus policiee for employees.Overall experience- bad
