I'm 4.2 years experienced with additional one year of internship experience. My current CTC is 10.2 LPA (fixed)
I have secured an offer from Tata Elxsi for 16.2 LPA (Fixed including PF & Gratuity). I have accepted the offer.
Is it a good deal or I can negotiate still ?
I still have 20 days left for my LWD, incase if I get other offer will they revisit the offer ?
