Dislikes

Work life balance is not considered at all. One has to work every single day and that too without any extra pay. Culture and behaviour of seniors are very rude and they bash folks but never help them out

Worst possible work culture you could find. No vision in terms of growth. Worthless people at leadership The company has an extreme toxic environment where working on weekends without any compensation is very normal Also, there are lot of forced resignations within the organization. The company forces the employee to resign so that it does not come in any of the layoff news

Job security due to Tata brand. Nothing more positive about this. Most of the people are just for Tata brand. HR and senior management will boast a lot about company during interview process, but once you join you will realise they have no clue of what they are doing.

The best part of joining Tata Digital was the product that they are working upon. As a Software Developers, I know what is the product that I will have to work upon and who would be my end user. They are working upon all the latest technology stack. Everything is in cloud native with no legacy skill stack to work upon. As a Tata group employee I get benefits on most of the products and services of Tata group companies from air tickets to hotel bookings to purchasing electronic items.

31st of every month, you get the salary like a dog. thats it, no growth, worst culture ever. Dont join the company if you are reading this. this the worst company to work in. Its better to be jobless than work here.

Everything here is the worst. teams are as toxic as they get, no one gives a f about your career, life or growth. In the beginning you might think its a nice place, but time will tell you otherwise. DONT JOIN TATA DIGITAL. If you ask how the company is to people on linkedin, they will never tell you the truth, no one will considering the risks involved.
