Top management knows nothing about whats happening at the base level. Market visits are only for blaming others rather than knowing what are the issues. Recent acquisition (organic india, capital foods) flopped big time because of not giving time to bring organic growth. DB issues, damage audit, etc are all a mess. All the other support functions are just lazy and none gets done in time except 1 or 2 people.
Pay, employees benefits & compensation only is the thing is good here

Products are good but on high rate, on time salary , on time expense , dsr incentive is good , market leader , outlet payout on time , expiry policy good , customer trust , good leave policy,incentive policy good.
Promotion policy very poor , increment policy very poor , target without logic , company giving high discount in modern trade/online e commerce trade and want 100% target achievement from GT on very low discount budget , management talk in air not having ground knowledge only having paper knowledge, management don't have any solution on infiltration, meeting time management very poor

Everything, company’s culture is the worst, central cluster 1,2 are like hell to the employee. Each and every ASM consider himself as the God and treats employee like dogs. Jhansi, Etawah, Banda, Kanpur degat ASM Kashish Kalra is the worst person I’ve ever seen in this company. Company want the work of 4 TSE to be done by only 1 TSE which causes too much pressure.
