Some Seniors in my team support when I don't understand something

Dislikes

Less compensation,No growth or increments, you can only expect to get a job on payroll if they need you otherwise switching after working for a while is the best option. They recently started giving notices to people who are working for more than 4years on third-party payroll.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

Dislikes

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.
