...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is some amount of politics within the corporate life. There is slow growth with the position.

Got to learn multiple technical things. Some colleagues are supportive.

Poor salary & career growth is very slow. Some of the seniors are so irritating. No professionalism. Lot of polytics & Your work will get recognized only when you advertised yourself. If you do not advertised yourself, it is considered as you are just passing the time here. No value to the knowledgable person. Employees who work honestly doesnt get acknowledgement. My team was considered as one of the best technical team. But now it is just pathetic non technical team as seniors will assign you kind of work which really doesnt makes any sense. This is my personal experience.

Getting a job in TCL is easy, good opportunity for freshers to start a career as a network engineer.

Dislikes

...one week off for one year and onrole employees get 2 weekoffs since beginning. Salary of offrole employees is less than half of onrole employees, etc etc

Good team mates they are very understanding and helping

... of politics and the management doesn't admire you without any strong reference.salary is also not much satisfying as compared to your work but there is job safety.

Great work culture for Fresher, we can learn lot of things. Management are too good and supportive.

Dislikes

Company has different policies for on role and off role employees. Salary of off role employees is less than half of on role employees.
