Average starting salary for offroll freshar employee is 12,000/- per month however for onroll fresher employee same will averagely start from 2,40,000/- per annum. Worklife balance is average, environment is better. Politics takes place much more as per my observation from higher level management, which is actually wrong scenario, salary/appraisal also depends accordingly. Innovative things are available for improving personal skills.

1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is some amount of politics within the corporate life. There is slow growth with the position.

Got to learn multiple technical things. Some colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

Poor salary & career growth is very slow. Some of the seniors are so irritating. No professionalism. Lot of polytics & Your work will get recognized only when you advertised yourself. If you do not advertised yourself, it is considered as you are just passing the time here. No value to the knowledgable person. Employees who work honestly doesnt get acknowledgement. My team was considered as one of the best technical team. But now it is just pathetic non technical team as seniors will assign you kind of work which really doesnt makes any sense. This is my personal experience.
