When I joined tata communications as a fresher I was very much satisfied with the learning experience I had, but only flaw is with the management learning was immense but the accountability with management wasn't proper, everything was imposed on the developer and there were no proper testing methodology, it was like a well funded started where all pressure was on the end developer. Kind request to the management to take care of business requirements so developers and tester can do their roles. I also wanted to mention working with tata will always play a key role in my career.
