Working environment is excellent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high means work load is more but it is help to employee to increase our knowledge and do promt work with pressure. In Tata communications self learning is very important.

Salary structure for off role employee is very bad, no any one take seriously about increment of off role employee

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is some amount of politics within the corporate life. There is slow growth with the position.

Got to learn multiple technical things. Some colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

Poor salary & career growth is very slow. Some of the seniors are so irritating. No professionalism. Lot of polytics & Your work will get recognized only when you advertised yourself. If you do not advertised yourself, it is considered as you are just passing the time here. No value to the knowledgable person. Employees who work honestly doesnt get acknowledgement. My team was considered as one of the best technical team. But now it is just pathetic non technical team as seniors will assign you kind of work which really doesnt makes any sense. This is my personal experience.

They don't care about employee lots of work pressure they only want work from you anyhow salary hike worst there I have worked there for 2.6 years I have asked multiple time for increament but they have putted me on hope only and told we will do it in this all time period doesn't give me single rupees increament

Getting a job in TCL is easy, good opportunity for freshers to start a career as a network engineer.

Dislikes

...one week off for one year and onrole employees get 2 weekoffs since beginning. Salary of offrole employees is less than half of onrole employees, etc etc
