No growth opportunity provided for contractual employees who have even worked for 5 years +. Very less increments. Credit will taken by seniors. Not much learning and scope for interpersonal growth.

Tata as a brand is good, middle management people always steel your hardwork, people who shifted from educom joined in 2016 actually spoiled the company culture. Tata is repainted with educomp managers behavior. Sad part is top management never new the truth, who is actually giving results, always hardworking people hardwork is stolen by regional head

Below industry standard salary. Product outdated. No one has any concern about customer. All about to retire veteran from other Tata group companies made CEO of this company, so the only aim of those individuals some how work for 3-4 years and get retired.
