Unfair pay structure Low salary as per market standards Bias behaviour of organisation for permanent and contractual staffs. No growth opportunity provided for contractual employees who have even worked for 5 years +. Very less increments. Credit will taken by seniors. Not much learning and scope for interpersonal growth.

In this company work life balance is excellent. In time salary and allowances. Managers support is excellent. Camper way to work. No pressure.

Don't expect growth. It takes lot of year for your growth in company. Very less hike.

Nice team bonding and cooperation. Nobody of your colleagues will discriminate even if you are contractual. Lots to learn.

Very less salary for contractual. Less benifits. Almost no scope to get permanent post even if you are doing great.

Virtual office -no office in my territory 100% travel-sometimes it’s very difficult to manage work and personal life Timings-even after field work I have to finish all the reimbursement as well as reports and also attend concall(12-14hours).The work pressure is very high.
