The salary part only the on roll people have all the benefits & about promotion & hike only on roll people get all the cream and salarier are just average not much & promotion and all that takes a very long time

...rs in the month end. We never worked for 9 hours in this company since i joined. And the worst thing is there is no extra pay for working for more than 9 hours. The work timings are worst i have ever seen in my life. Here they make us to work for more than 11 hours in the normal days and for 12 hours in the month end.
