Salary increment is big issue with the company 2nd local fuel Expense are very complicated 3rd incentive structure are not employee friendly... and management have no time to consider all this things. Upper management are getting their salary revised as they find opportunity,but they are not bother about the middle and lower levels F L S.

Incentive sharing to the channel Partner Manager are never visit and interact with channel Partner

Only bucket 🪣 people get promotion and timing change their salary correction. Than can fire 🔥 employee according to their wishes

They follow the message received from top end, not even understanding possibility,situation and reality

...ouritism and internal politics, even top performance with 250% achievement also not even get any promotion, increment,bonus from this TATA AIA, this kind of work culture will ruin brand name soon.

Work life balance is just pathetic No only cares in this company that a particular empoyee is working more 12-15 hours even Sundays are working and some time i a continuously 15-20 days of work

Work culture,peacefull environment, thinking about employees, Salary on time. Employee Training time to time etc

Because of some chicks, the company's name gets spoiled.Those who spoil the environment.By getting a big post, they consider it as their father's property.They keep threatening any of their juniors to get them fired or transfer to other locations from the job.Misuse of the company's funds, which only use this personally for themselves.Human Resource management also compelled.
