...raphy is there in every week for the Employee. Opportunities for career growth. Salary credited in second last day of the month, appraisal is there. TA is there. Incentive is more than their annual package. Team mates are very helpful. There is no space for politics. Tata Aia gives so much space, so much time to learn and grow with this company. Work-life equally balanced. Huge reward recognition, and benefits are there. If I talk about job security, the feeling is like working in a Central Govt. Company. They think about 'Security first' for their women employee and different type of activities are their for women employee. And last but not the least The Brand TATA, Tata Group Of Company, it is in our blood ( Tata salt ). It is truely our second home.

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation. I would appreciate if this type of suffocating thing will not happen and make sure like My CM should not be working.

...en to parents here the employee need to be paid to cover her parents Employees getting minimum salaries and in that minimum salary there is no benefits..

My career starts from here, the brand TATA. , I feel very lucky to being a part of TATA Group. Amazing work culture amazing team members and team leader, No work pressure , Flexibility in work. Overall a great experience with TATA AIA Life Insurance.
