Day by day company culture was going down fall not following any TCOC, salary are very less, no increments, more work load, max managers are non technical and maintain hierarchy daily extra hours stay no proper transport and food was worst compare to other Tata brand company this is very worst

...h discrimination between Graduates & Diploma holders despite having ability. 2. Low Salary and lowest increment structure for Diploma holders as compared to other companies. 3. Management of Company is very Poor.

...ducting the quantity of tea wih empleoyees. Worst management. Poor compensation. They dont even pay the ctc fully as given in the offer letter. They will take 40 percent of amount from ur plp deduction.
