...company she will take decisions on its own, attendance punch in sysytem after 9.30 you will punch in it will count a half day and salary will be dedutcted

Best thing about the company is how to cut the employee salary and HR will show you moon but once you join the company things will be different. Management makes their policies as and when required to make profit for their own interest. Their is no no security in this company, they throws you out of the company at any time and without giving any correct justification. HR is for the name. For any official travel employee has to take the travel approval and budget from his target. Which I have seen first time in any company. No good environment to work in this company. Recently they higher freshers and after three months they are asked to leave the company total 15 persons were highered and now only 4 r left.

...for alsmost 2 year and i did a lot of gud thing but i didn't get back anything. salary conveyance will never come on time . Even after putting formal resignation letter an dserve one month notice period , I didn't get f&f and relieving letter experience letter . They are harashing me still after 5 month of my resignation . If they want to kick out they will kick out any time . In a simple word they are ethicless people . In my tenure , I saw more than 20 people which they didnt get any relieving and f&f inspite of all proper formalities . Its not a first case they did the same with each and everyone

To further improve the working experience, I believe there should be a revision of the leave balance criteria, specially increasing the number of the casual leaves (CL) & Sick Leaves (SL). This adjustment would contribute to a smoother and more balanced work environment.
