I've been with the company for 2.5 years, during which I've experienced significant growth and gained invaluable exposure. Starting in a different role, I'm now working in a new position with a different designation. Throughout this journey, I've received continuous support from both the management team and my boss.

Dislikes

To further improve the working experience, I believe there should be a revision of the leave balance criteria, specially increasing the number of the casual leaves (CL) & Sick Leaves (SL). This adjustment would contribute to a smoother and more balanced work environment.

As the National Product Manager for Juniper at Targus Technologies, my experience has been incredibly enriching. Over the course of my time here, I have had the opportunity to manage a diverse product portfolio, develop strategic pricing initiatives, and lead successful Go-to-Market campaigns. The role has sharpened my skills in product lifecycle management and deepened my understanding of market dynamics. The collaboration with the Juniper OEM team has been particularly rewarding, allowing me to contribute to and win significant deals. The company's focus on stringent activity metrics and KRAs was a bit overwhelming at times, and there were occasional deductions in salary due to defaults on these activities.
