...minding their own thing,n time for you.One free advice - the food here is worst.No flexible timing and the pay is comperatively too low.Even for all the hard work the managers are rewarded and the actual hustlers keep biting their nails. Some people here are hard to deal with and always low and complaining. Please do not join this consultancy for the peace of your mind and a well balanced life would be a distant dream. At first they might offer you more money but eventually you would be doing 5X more than what you are paid.

...t is negative and there is no hope for growth for a true and honest person here. The pay is comparatively too low compared to other companies. Only a few employees are favored, and the rest are ignored. No recognition or appreciation for your efforts.

Worst consulting firm, i does not recommend to work here just waste of career and future

...ined. Every day we have new surprises about how our incentives will be deducted. Every month we have salary deduction with no reason. Salary slip is not self-explanatory at all. Incentives are just to make fool. If you are making incentives, management will be in action how to apply deduction. We have to do FORCE OT daily as business requirements without any compensation.

If you are someone who likes buttering then it's a perfect place for you. You'll get appraisals and promotions if good at butterings. Favoritism is most favorite activity of people at Talent Toppers. Also you can't leave at time you'll have to stay at office after working working hour in order show them that you are working.
