It's not just about the 100 Rs; it's about their mentality of not being willing to spend money on a cake for the employees who work for their organization. Felt extreme pressure. Was not able to manage work life balance. I am a working mom that is why it became hectic for me else it is really a very good company to work with. I liked my tenure here.
