The salary is good and it gets credited on time.

Dislikes

If you are someone who likes buttering then it's a perfect place for you. You'll get appraisals and promotions if good at butterings. Favoritism is most favorite activity of people at Talent Toppers. Also you can't leave at time you'll have to stay at office after working working hour in order show them that you are working.

...l your leaves in late coming even if its 5 mins late half day leave is deducted. They will keep finding ways to deduct your leaves and salary through these techniques. Even after leaving d comp they try to harrass you, you will not recv fnf on time nd after sending mails many times will they actually pay which will also be less salary than it shud be. They will ask you to write gud reviews on google after all that is done your fnf is paid. Also when on np thy treat you as enemy they will trouble you by not telling lwd and will keep poking you that you are joining a competitor comp and you have cheated them by doing that, they expect us stay back in d comp with less salary. they have made me work on sat and sun also with no compensation. cv target is 7 and no one leave comp without submiting the cvs no matter if you are sitting there 8-9 hrs. dont join d comp if you r serious abt yr career

The management will force you to put good reviews here by sitting in front of you. Nothing is good in this company.

...ly highlight the people who they like. So much politics is happening here. Management will try and find every possible reason to deduct your salary. If you’re late 2 mins, they’ll deduct a half day for that. No sick leave are there, in month you’ll be getting 1.25 leaves only and that also they’ll not approve if you’re planning to take a leave. Then you’re forced to take unplanned leave and for that you’ll be getting red flags and again your salary will be deducted. No matter what you do and how. They’ll give you stupid reasons and will deduct the salary.

Dislikes

Management is biassed by politics and favouritism. They only pay competitively to newcomers, boot-licking clans, or mutants. Existing employees are paid less than usual. Infrastructure and tools that are out of date are out of date. The worst business ever. No recognition or appreciation for your efforts. First of all, there is no flexibility as such. The work environment is toxic at times. There is too much work load as per the pay. Often, managers take the credit and show no appreciation for the results of employees. I won't suggest or refer to working in such a hectic company. If you are a youngster, please avoid this company at all cost. Work-life balance ? Forget it; you bring your work from the office home and on weekends.
