Work life balance is zero in 9 hour of shift you have to work 12-14 hour’s they will call you on holiday as well and in compo off they will decide when you take it and nepotism and partiality you will see a lot in the company moreover shouting abusing happens on regular basis in short if you want to work with Upgrad in getting the salary return you have to forget your self respect or any kind of respect for both girls and boys and you also have to forget that you have any life apart from work

Pay scale is decent but not that great but you won't get disappoint. Top management in tech are very nice they majorly knows the issues and where you are getting stucked and will help you to overcome the problem

Too much work load at times. business requirement sometime shatters the whole requirement and at the end we had to follow the all instructions

...ing other's skill .only those people can servive here who know how to buttering. I don't know why the company hiring a high pay scale person if they do not have capability to pay after hire and giving you silly silly excuses while they are fyring you. Pay scale is decent. I won't say the best, but you won't be disappointed. Top management is usually good for the Tech Team. They listen and they understand. They have been quite considerate during the bad times while we were working from home.

Too much work load at times. Ad Hoc business requirements shatters the quarterly plans at times. We are helpless and have to follow the instructions.
