When it was started the company had goals, employee friendly. Good for freshers who wants to join startup. Free lunch. Think twice before you join.

...ement, immediate fired when you dont exceed their expectations (i.e 16hrs work). Office politics at the hype, variable pay in hike which you get quarterly if you meet their over expectations, continuous change of project irrelevant to your skills and expectation from you to lead. Employee exit rate has increased more and more.

No job security.... In my case i didn't know may b office politics or what but one week hold for feedback all of sudden I got released from project.
