Office politics at the hype, variable pay in hike which you get quarterly if you meet their over expectations, continuous change of project irrelevant to your skills and expectation from you to lead. Employee exit rate has increased more and more.

There is no job security. The management manipulates the employees and makes them feel inefficient for their own benefit. They believe in hiring and firing. Poor decision making and management of employees. Nothing systematic in the organization. candidates are expected to perform without any Induction and orientation. A self centred startup without any growth vision for its employees.
