I have observed some issues within the company that need addressing. Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

I have worked almost 5 years there without increment and no promotion. If you put down your papers you will get hike otherwise nothing is going to happen

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently

... based on your performance but experience and favouritism skills that you carry. Worse Salary and Much favouritism resulting in loosing projects from clients. This company is never Employee Oriented! Would not recommend at all!

Nothing just technologies are latest in some of FedEx project other than nothing I liked.

...n you are not in shift. No compoff when working on weekends. No shift allowance. You will not get any benefit in FedEx apart from salary. Lot of South Indian politics, higher management is full of South Indian so they promote and appreciate South Indian only even u have ton lot of knowledge than those people. No hikes. I wasted 2 yrs of my career in FedEx atos syntel seeing this stuff, 90 days notice period is an issue to leave this company

Work culture is not good. Not a good company for Lead and beyond. No hike. Insecure life as they can remove when on bench easily, regardless of your technology or no of years you served company.
