This is a good organization to start our career. We can get good company environment and support to new joiners even they don't have any experience about company culture.

Dislikes

I think company did not pay as per expectations from employees. Even not receiving awards, benefits (shift allowance or OT).

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Sometime working weekend sat and sunday

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive, But management is to partial between some employees. Company policies are good.

Appraisal is too less and not given 1% of salary growth on per year. There is no financial growth here for long term.

... relevant experience if you find better opportunity then definitely go for it. Salary comes on time. Weekend off Automatic promotion after completing 1yr to associate (Salary gets increased) and appraisal in June or July or August ( Eligibility is you have to complete 1 yr for this appraisal.) Suggestion - If you stay in central line then this company will be good for you. Otherwise if you willing to travel then also it's will good for you.

Overall work culture is really good here. Job security is equally high & People are also friendly. This was my first job after graduation, so it did help me to gain knowledge and improve my skill. I suggest this job for freshers or a person who is new to this field. It was a great learning experience of the corporate culture.

Dislikes

Compensation is low and incremental growth is equally low. Salary is incredibly low as compared to other organizations in the same field. Low salary is the only reason people like me are leaving this company.
