Good Work Culture, Good Pay for Lateral and New Hires, Annual Appraisal is good, But If you are stuck for long time, better to switch.

The tool on which you will work is not that well renowned, so it will be hard to find jobs in market easily. Some Managers are toxic.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yrs before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

Syniti has one of the best work culture. You are heard and been understood by the management and with a prompt response to the issues/ problems (irrespective of personal or professional). Work life balance is another aspect why I and most of the employees plan to stay here for long even after been offered a hard higher compensations by other companies. Growth opportunities and skill development are the areas on with managers want reportees to concentrate on which are integrated in their process hence learning and career progression goes hand in hand.

Dislikes

Compensation and on- site opportunities are the two lagging that could be improved; however these depends upon personal goals.

Good place for who want to explore,learn data migration and SAP bpc,mdg. Leadership team works very close to you , it helps to learn more and contribute to overall company growth. HR department is very supportive and initiates so many program for employees. To be specific I got opportunity work on SAP MDG projects, SAP Data migration project, heading the IT department and leading team for better infrastructure, ISO certification ,in-house server procurements, license management, vendor management, IT procurements. New office IT setup Onsite client work at New Zealand,Indonesia, Singapore and India.
