Mangers will not keep their promises they wil play with your weakness. If you say onsite then your time and work-life is gone.

Zero work satisfaction. No work monitoring by synechron managers when you join as a contractor to a client. No proper awards or rewards due to lack of monitoring.

- Appraisal process is very complicated.Your contribution apart from work is valued more than what you do for a client so even if you get outstanding feedback from client you could get less appraisal for stupid reasons. - Personal connections are more important than your talent and what you contribute technically. - You don't get a sense of team when you work with client since you are just a vendor contributing to client team.
