Synechron Technology as a company is seriously one of the best companies to work with on parameters like compensation, benefits etc. If you are deputed at client location, then also you get help required. But then some of clients are typical Indian mentality and trouble you on small small things, which is not expected in IT industry. Managers are reluctant when raised concern about clients and it is obvious, no one want to go back to client and show them mirror on dealing with vender employees. Indeed, zero bench policy they have as read in many reviews. But, they do help in getting onboard with other clients.

Dislikes

Client driven treatment to own employees. May be, Indian management is not prepared to demand equal opportunity and treatment and fair behaviour with vendore.

Joining bonus and competitive salary during offer.

Dislikes

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

They are providing good salary .. nothing is better other that this .

If you have the confidence like after the loose the job from synechron you can get the job within few weeks on your technical skills then you can join synechron for better salary

1) No work life balance - Company management always give higher priority to his customer(They not even think about their employees. For them your are nothing other than slave.) 2) No improvement on skills- They have many plans for skill development and improvement but they are not giving time for skill development because their work time not fixed ( Currently the pimples who are working on client projects working almost 14 hrs/day still client is not satisfied) 3) No personal life - Client will call any time ( If you working from offshore, client at onshore will call you at any time in night sometimes around 2 AM in morning and ask to join the call or look into the issue on priority even if you never work on that Jira) 4) No work satisfaction: When you are working on the project you always wait for Friday. 5) bad management : The company CEO itself gives to priority to client(not even care about his employees). 6) Advise to everyone: please don’t join such organisation ( If you just care about the money then are are most welcome )
