I worked with Attra (now known as a Synechron company). Roles and responsibilities are well defined. Higher management is seasoned and knows the market trends well, this translates to employees being kept informed of the upcoming decisions. Extremely good HR team with employee well-being as their foremost goal. Open door approach by higher management enables you to become a problem solver. High visibility for client centric folks and problem solvers.

Dislikes

Pay isn't as per market standards. Number of leaves should be increased.

Working here is not much of pressure in life. Learning is good if you get to work in multiple projects. Ample of onsite opportunities

...iring fresh minds rather than expertises. Managers and HRs are never supportive. No benefits other than salary.

Synechron Manager are reachable and helpful 8.Gratuity is given from company not from payment

1.Leaves are only 22 and +10 holiday 2.Office(Phase 3) is far away from city.

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.
