Dislikes

The Research Team based out of Bangalore has an extremely pathetic and toxic culture. The director and the managers especially from the Industrial & Healthcare practice areas are well known for their targeting tactics. They constantly cause mental harassment and have no regard for personal space. The work is boring and it can honestly be automated, the director snubbed an employee who wanted to automate things using GenAI, they restrict innovation and play blame games instead of actually working together and implementing a fine tuned process. The HR department is so focused on getting reviews removed, instead of keeping watch on the practices in the bangalore research team. The HR based out of Bangalore is absolutely biased and nitpicky and here’s the icing on the cake “she reports to the director “ My experience with Synaptic impacted my personal life a lot, I still feel sad for the many employees who are there having a lot of stress and mental health issues caused by such pathetic leadership.
