Salary is not up to industry standards. Do your job, don't expect any reward from management. No shift timing, it means they can ping you any time. HR policies can change any time without any proper communication. Overall work culture is good, but it depends upon the team.

Unsecure job, wrong platform in this company for talented & skills people who don't get any encourage, traditional methods of lame working attitude, no proper management, no HR policies, no support to employees unless adjust accordingly to manager's/management.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
