it's a bad time for me as I'm jobless cause the company removed people with high salary even though giving 5 years of my life and being a dedicated agent without taking any leaves or unplanned leaves you just throw your loyal employees I know this is nothing for you who ever is reading but still I will be a little bit satisfied myself

... by cornering employees, worst floor facilities no coffee, tea or food coupons. Salary showing in offer letter and salary certificate including inscentives bUt inscentives are variable. Every year managers review targets and that means they are lowering your salary by cutting inscentives. Pay hike is big joke. Its maximum amouny might be 1000 and minimum 10 rupees. Most of the managers running for girls. Weekly offs, shifts are reserved to some girls. No employee facilities like gym or other game options. No annual cultural activities, outing or parties. Every year they wil give you fake promises and saying about cost cutting. Breaks are horrible, sometimes you needed to work 9 hours without any break. No options to raise your voice. Managers make the whole processes worst and they indirectly compell you to abscont. Very bad company with low pay, bad workplace and fake promises. They are cheating clients.

NOTHING is there for LIKES & PROS, Lots of criminal & hidden office politics, Lots of huge hidden & secret & criminal & very illegal privacy violations, personal life violations and human rights abuses & violations very secretly & in a very hidden manner

BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.

... From the time of documentation no proper communication. Worst in communication. Even the performance incentive is deducted from your pay, no night shift allowances though they are grave yard shifts. Your shifts keep changing every month which effects your health and poor in approving leaves though you are sick
