No job security, poor management with insane long work hours with less pay and expect zero growth.

Zero career growth pay package insufficient to meet basic life needs and way too less compared to the long hours put in to forcefully meet business requirements.

Seriously nothing. It's a good place for level 1 employees. When it comes to promotion and stuffs, they won't pay what you're worth of.

Dislikes

I regret getting promoted with no increase in pay. As a level 1/tier 1 employee, I was okay with Sutherland, when it comes to higher role, they're not the best company to settle with. One should leave with a experience of 2 years in Sutherland and that is what is good.

...o Upskilling assistance, Senior HR asks an Engineer to work for a BPO process. No Salary Hike, Unfair rating and hikes, No meeting on performance or feedback from managers. Management tries to get things done for free, wont even spend on tools to work.

its good for a fresher to develop his skills mainly in english communication provides decent salary and good work stations Main drawback was that most process require you to work in rotating night shifts since major clients are from EST following countries. Still its a good MNC BPO company and will find growth if you are looking for long term career there.

The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.

Dislikes

... permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.
