...ow much you jell with him. So called systematic apprisal still it's biased only. PHR are behind program which pays salary to them. As usual corporate with stinking salary. Worked for 11yrs and max promotion was TL with 6.7L was my CTC joined as Sr.Consultant for 3.2LCTC.

Suth has all the policy like government which none follows it, All tops management people will groom only their family members in this org. Good for a fresher if he exits out in 2yrs.

NOTHING is there for LIKES & PROS, Lots of criminal & hidden office politics, Lots of huge hidden & secret & criminal & very illegal privacy violations, personal life violations and human rights abuses & violations very secretly & in a very hidden manner

Dislikes

BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.

... From the time of documentation no proper communication. Worst in communication. Even the performance incentive is deducted from your pay, no night shift allowances though they are grave yard shifts. Your shifts keep changing every month which effects your health and poor in approving leaves though you are sick

The work culture is not that great, but not bad as well so for a smooth going work and if you are in search for a smooth process work, then it’s a good company.

Dislikes

The dislikes would be especially the salary given. The increment which is as equal as nothing. Worked here for more than 2 years but no such difference in the salary.
