Salary and payroll was very satisfying. There were no problem on receiving the pay. There are lot many opportunities to learn more

There is no work life balance. Hard working employees will always be dumped up with all the works instead employees who are still acting as if they were busy are still enjoying their lives without any work and getting the pleasure by dumping their works to others. Also some US employees will always provoke that Indian employees are not upto the mark and not smarter than them. Some employees still working in higher positions without any knowledge in their field. Exit interview was not scheduled by HR. There was no clarity when will we get settlement and whom to approach. Last but not the least please treat the employees as human being. Also do understand that even they have their families to take care of.

In Sutherland trichy very minimum salary provide. Employees are very bad about that.

Salary very low(7,000 per month). Access not didn't provided properly. No facility. Ex. Tea shop, not proper toilet... Etc

Firstly I like sutherland Co. Because I had got a lot of work experiences and those days in sutherland was very memorable. When I am speaking about the company I have to say about my colleagues we worked together there in a very good atmosphere and also my manager shaju Joseph he was very open with us and that gives us an energy to do work and also there is lot of to talk about this company but i don't know how to express in this short note but heartly I am saying that I got a very good priceless experience to my career from your firm the sutherland.

Truly I am saying that I was happy in sutherland but i felt little bad about salary hike.

Pay is very bad ,Salary should be at Market level with other companies , no proper cafeteria, spoilt food , expensive food at cafeteria Management does not care about well being, management does not look keep the buliding clean , smelly toilets no proper cleaning, desks are dirty

The work culture is very peaceful and the salary is pretty fair compared to other other companies as Sutherland provides a much better package even to freshers. The best salary packages in the industry.

If you are hired on a contractual basis like I was there is no job security at all if the process to which you are hired is unsuccessful or if there is no more requirement for so many head counts they will just as you to go home. Maybe you will be notified a 2 days or maximum a week before that to just casually they will tell you may lose your job and they will just tell you to go home. Since they are hiring you for a contractual role you won't get any compensation or any other supports.
