...ow much you jell with him. So called systematic apprisal still it's biased only. PHR are behind program which pays salary to them. As usual corporate with stinking salary. Worked for 11yrs and max promotion was TL with 6.7L was my CTC joined as Sr.Consultant for 3.2LCTC.

Suth has all the policy like government which none follows it, All tops management people will groom only their family members in this org. Good for a fresher if he exits out in 2yrs.

The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.

Dislikes

... permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....

Salary for every worker has to be increased atleast 24,000 would be great and every employee would grateful ready to work for Sutherland and need more resting hours or atleast more week off with applied shift

Need more increment in salary because food and other personal things would help the employee very much as a small change leads to big help in future

Excellent company culture, excellent management, but predatory compansation packages. But if they seem justified to you, you'll feel at the right place

The compensation packages are as predatory as predatory can get, and every trick in the book used to maximize company profit.
