Job security and environment. People are friendly, there is no much pressure and your job is safe if you are at least average and descent.

Dislikes

Lack of salary Hike and opportunities. The growth rate is near to zero, and the salary incriments again are too less so that you need at least above 5 years to see yourself in a good position.

No job security, poor management with insane long work hours with less pay and expect zero growth.

Dislikes

Zero career growth pay package insufficient to meet basic life needs and way too less compared to the long hours put in to forcefully meet business requirements.

Seriously nothing. It's a good place for level 1 employees. When it comes to promotion and stuffs, they won't pay what you're worth of.

Dislikes

I regret getting promoted with no increase in pay. As a level 1/tier 1 employee, I was okay with Sutherland, when it comes to higher role, they're not the best company to settle with. One should leave with a experience of 2 years in Sutherland and that is what is good.

Excellent company culture, excellent management, but predatory compansation packages. But if they seem justified to you, you'll feel at the right place

The compensation packages are as predatory as predatory can get, and every trick in the book used to maximize company profit.

No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.
