Good for gaining experience as a fresher.

...mination in the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Because salary will not provide by the company as per the company policy it will come after 45 days something. And I was the top performer.
NOTHING is there for LIKES & PROS, Lots of criminal & hidden office politics, Lots of huge hidden & secret & criminal & very illegal privacy violations, personal life violations and human rights abuses & violations very secretly & in a very hidden manner
BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.
There is nothing to like about it there. Simply a waste, and working there was a bad dream or nightmare.

...workers who work there.Always performance, performance.....no work-life balance. No proper compensation for work, and no appreciation at all.Those who perform well do not get promoted. Only those who satisfy the managers and senior managers get everything.Specifically in amazon projects.
Even if we want to leave the job, they won't let us, and they don't allow us to advance to higher positions within that job either."If someone wants to leave the company, they give mental torture and deceive them by offering work from home.
... From the time of documentation no proper communication. Worst in communication. Even the performance incentive is deducted from your pay, no night shift allowances though they are grave yard shifts. Your shifts keep changing every month which effects your health and poor in approving leaves though you are sick
