As dislike part is growth in very slow. Individual managers are not so supportive regards the strengethen of employee. Internal no motivation in our team.

Salary comes exactly at month end 30 or 31st wow it's been accurate close to 7 yrs 9 months

Dislikes

...then they will tell its rotational shift that u accepted before joining company.overall they will treat u like machines that u pay for...No fixed Saturday Sunday off night shift...

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I earned my first salary there One of the best trainers Teammates depends on how u treat them Personally a very good place to work and grow Very good paymasters in the market. I was happy working there except a few flaws which is every where. Women security is a priority there is no compromise. Only the fittest can survive in Sutherland.
