Since my manager told me not to reply for Voluntary separation mail since I will be joining in my team within a week but no reply then... Now couldn't able to avail voluntary separation benefits... With 5 years experience here no job security for employees... Please try me to avail serviance pay benefits at least...

I'm working in Sutherland for more than 7yrs, the working culture made me to be here and these years where passed away just like a cloud. Especially for women employees the workplace is very safe & secure. I love the working environment and co-workers. Team get to gather, cultural events & FunFriday and many more. My manager is really very helpful for getting me maternity leave on correct time without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Sutherland to my friends & relatives..

Compensation is less and growth is slow and appraisal is very less. Recognition comes but it disappear during appraisal.
