As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

Dislikes

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

I have concerns regarding the company's Salary structure and work distribution. The compensation does not align with the market standards. Highly capable employees are given additional responsibilities without appropriate compensation, while less efficient employees receive higher pay for less work. This creates an imbalance and places undue pressure on diligent employees. Additionally, The overall atmosphere within the company could be improved to foster a more positive and motivating work environment.

They will inform you that process is getting ram down and we don't have vacency so you have to leave after 2 months but when you get offer letter in your hand they will not allow to leave early even if they promise you.
