-Toxic work culture. -Pay very less compared to the market trends. -Very less opportunity for learning. -Monotonous decesion making by the Senior Leadership. -Management will not allow to take leaves. -Management will force you to work even if you are ill. -They will humiliate infront of peers. -They will not provide enough training to get the work done. -They will shout at their employees. -Recently they were giving team manager promotions for employees who doesn't have the desired skills to manage the team. Neither they are not being provided with enough training to manage the team. This has caused poor performance of the team's. -They will give very minimal importance to mental well-being of the employee's.

Salary and work life balance is good,it depends on ones capabilities to get the job done in time

Terrible old school management, Not a place for innovative thinking indivisuals, The culture shuns people who ase inquisitive and ask questions, you are kicked out first chance they get, Such culture is seen not in a single process but across Hyderabad, Personal exerience from Netflix and Airbnb process

...s that the managers doesn't require to know the process as they handle people. Those who cry for salary and tell about his family situations, financial crisis they will get promotions and hike to retain them. Not trying to retain for the deserved candidates. Rewards and Recognitions are given for favorites and the deserved ones.

Zero Job security, they just follow the process of Hire and fire. Everytime they ask you to do overtime and they fail to pay properly. Leaves gets cancelled and they çall anytime and just ask to login and if we fail to do they issue memo. Hr doesn't help at all. No proper guidance and assistance provided. Nothing I like about Sutherland since 6 months I was doing night shifts.

Dislikes

No proper leadership, they always de-motivate no encouragement. If they don't like you that's it you are removed from the Job. Zero job security since HR team is a puppet over there. If you want to spoil your good career please join Sutherland otherwise refrain since they don't have potential to work with talent you have. Unlike other BPO they use your talent and expertise and then they will reap benefits but here you will lose all the talents you have.

No structure to the organisation. No value for personal space or work-life balance. You will constantly be threatened on your job. And there is a huge list of negatives
